The games showed up in excellent shape, but unfortunately, NFL 2K doesn’t seem to work on the console. I’m not too upset considering the cost, but it’s a bummer. Anyway, the service was top-notch, the staff are really friendly, and I’ll surely keep shopping here.

Recently, I tried to buy something from another site, but it all went sideways, and I never received my order. As a last-ditch effort, I decided to look here. Initially, I was told they don’t sell new items, and I almost gave up hope. But then I got a message saying I could purchase an 'out of box' item. I was a bit hesitant, but the price was right, and they assured me the game disc would work, so I went for it. The item arrived on time, and my son was over the moon, even before trying it out. Just having it made him so happy. When he finally tested it, it worked perfectly! I’m really impressed with the service, which started with an automated response (I began my search after hours, by the way) but turned into fantastic and speedy help once they opened. I’m definitely planning to take my kids to the store, even though it’s an hour away, mainly because of the great service I got. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it was fast, straightforward (sorry, we don’t have NEW items), and super helpful (we can provide this alternative). Plus, the price was unbelievable—I saved nearly $200 after shipping and taxes! I’m not saying everyone will get the same deal, but it’s definitely worth a visit, whether online or in person.

All items were ordered and received just right, but my only gripe is shelling out a lot for the SNES and getting a controller that’s seen better days, with some rubber buttons chipped.
